Come on people; “advance fee loans” are a long term problem. “NEVER” send money to have to “secure” a loan. How many times do we have to report this before cash strapped consumers will check out all offers at www.bbb.org.

Ken Vander Meeden, BBB of Western Michigan President stated:

“We have issued hundreds of news releases throughout the BBB on this never-ending problem. Consumers, no matter how desperate for money, must do their part by at least researching the company, the offer, and in this case, the scam. Wiring money anywhere is a red flag, wiring it to Canada, Nigeria and other far-flung places is just nuts in this day and age.”

For the one millionth and forth time, When in doubt, check it out”.
